The successful applicant must have experience relevant to advising publicly traded companies with respect to federal securities laws, public and private securities offerings, stock exchange listings and compliance, and general corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will also have experience with both equity and debt capital markets offerings. Locations and Bar Membership Boston Los Angeles New York Orange County Philadelphia Pittsburgh San Francisco Silicon Valley Washington, DC Candidate must be a resident in one of the above locations and be an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying. Morgan Lewis is accepting submissions from search firms for this position. Compensation For positions in CA, MA, NY or Washington, DC, the salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000 to $435,000. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package may also include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
