The team:Drives high intent visitors to Wealthfront: improving signup conversion, increasing adoption of financial services, and increasing share of wallet among existing clients.Understands and shapes the flywheels of client acquisition, activation, and referrals— building collective intelligence across the company about them.Develops highly effective experimentation strategies that enable us to learn and see impact as efficiently as possible while honoring our trusted relationship with clients: enabling clients to improve their financial outcomes while making changes that grow the business. Actively tracks and responds to new information, including macroeconomic conditions, demographic shifts, technology shifts and other opportunity signals. Growth by nature is highly responsive to changing priorities.
