Small Fish Big Fish Swim School is a leader in the aquatic industry that provides incredible swim lessons to children and adults in an energetic, loving, and safe environment. Primary Functions of Position:

• Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, responsible for kiddos getting to correct classes on pool deck
• Sharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase sale transactions
• Provide assistance to students to and from the pool area to maintain a strict schedule that ensures lessons begin and end on time safely
• Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition
• Coordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales

Salary and Hours:

• Part-time and full-time available (15 - 40 hours a week)
• Shifts are 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm - Wednesday, and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
• Salary begins at $14.00

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
