We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch Coordinator to support daily lube delivery operations. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact between customers, drivers, and branch operations, ensuring deliveries are scheduled efficiently, customer needs are met, and operations run smoothly. Coordinate and dispatch deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service. Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address service issues or delays. Plan and assign deliveries to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and operational reporting. Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer service, operations, or a related field. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Dispatch software experience. Fuel, transportation, logistics, or distribution industry experience. Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver compliance requirements. Experience coordinating routes, schedules, or fleet operations.
