General Manager - Specialty Coffee & Food Concept
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food & beverage environment
- Positive, contagious energy that lifts the people around you
- A passion for building community and introducing something exciting to your neighborhood
- 3 years of General Manager experience
- Drive thru experience required
- New location opening experience a plus
About the Role
We're a fast-growing specialty coffee and food concept known for our unique menu offerings and handcrafted drinks. Our cafes are high-energy, community-driven spaces where hospitality is everything.
**Compensation & Benefits
- Open availability is required; this is a 45-hour/week role.
- Hourly rate: $30.00–$35.00/hr (~$74,000–$86,000 annually)
- Bonus potential: Up to $1,500/month
