Responsibilities Coordinate weekend operations (Saturday & Sunday 8 am–5 pm) including visitor services welcome desk, gift shop, and Porcelain & Decorative Arts Museum. Co‑ordinate volunteers and student workers; train and supervise, ensuring tasks are completed. Maintain and implement standard operating procedures for emergencies. Prepare and complete Saturday and Sunday duty reports, noting incidents and follow‑up actions. Execute daily logistics for Visitor Center management, rental events and gift shop support. Coordinate rentals, events, merchandising and monitor garden operations on weekends. Set up rental seating floor plans and prepare event signage. Qualifications Strong project‑management background with focus on team development and documentation. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills. Availability to work Fridays and weekends. Experience coordinating and training student workers. Comfortable using electronic platforms for scheduling and reporting. Physical Demands Lift and move supplies weighing 25–50 lbs. Set up tables and chairs; spend extended periods sitting or standing; walk and perform repetitive wrist/arm/shoulder motions. Reach, climb, balance, crouch, twist, crawl, and kneel; work in noisy, hot/cold environments. Banking / Security Position has access to financial resources, requires a background investigation, and a driver’s license is required. Position is a trust position.
