Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as an engineer and later earned my MBA from LSU Shreveport. I also have experience in financial advising and worked with New York Life as both an agent and in management, which has helped shape a well-rounded approach to leadership and development. I’m married with four children and enjoy spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Family and community are both very important to me and play a big role in how I run the office. I stay actively involved in the community, serving as a Rotary President and participating in the police jury, along with other local initiatives. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
