Respiratory Therapist – Nights
Location: OUMC
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
⏰ Schedule: 36 hours/week

Position Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience required
• 3 years of experience preferred
• Every other weekend required
• Must work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required

Required Skills

Clinical/Technical Skills

• Mechanical ventilation management
• Airway management
• Arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced situations
• Adaptability and ability to perform well under pressure

Certifications & Licensure

• RRT preferred
• BLS required

Interview Process

Candidates will be required to complete either an in-person or video interview. Resumes will be reviewed by the hiring team prior to interviews.
