Salesforce Quote-to-Cash Architect

As Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at Epicor, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and related systems. You will design and deliver high-quality implementations while ensuring alignment with platform best practices, security standards, and performance expectations. You will be responsible for leading solution architecture from concept through deployment and adoption. We are seeking applicants with strong analytical thinking, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.What you will be doing:Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs across Salesforce ecosystemsLead architecture and end-to-end solution design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and adjacent business systemsDesign and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objectsEvaluate current-state vs. future-state architectures, identifying gaps and recommending improvements aligned to industry best practicesEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and aligned with Salesforce platform governance and lifecycle standardsProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional team membersTroubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ and Billing issues while staying current with new Salesforce features and enhancementsWhat you will likely bring:Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience8+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration and platform development within enterprise environments5+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent solutionsDemonstrated experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deploymentStrong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, release management, and platform lifecycle managementProven expertise in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder facilitationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills in fast-paced environmentsWhat could set you apart:Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, CPQ and Billing Consultant Accredited Professional, or Platform Developer I / IIExperience with Conga document generation and quote template designProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs#LI-DW #LI-Hybrid About Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
