This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.Role Responsibilities:Gather relevant blueprints; build sheets and necessary parts and hardware for assemblyUse mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to assemble productsTest equipment when necessaryOperation of Overhead Cranes and lifting devicesMaterial Handling and Transportation of ProductPerform quality inspection and fill out necessary paperwork for recordPackage and crate assembled products and load for shipmentComplies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and proceduresActive involvement in DPS through continuous improvement and kaizen eventsSuccessfully complete annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Material Training (if applicable)While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
