Senior Specialist, Proposals & Client Service- (US)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Specialist to lead proposal development, budgeting, and client service activities for clinical research programs. The role involves coordinating complex proposals and RFIs, managing pricing analyses, and supporting operational excellence across a remote US-based position.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and delivery of proposals, RFIs, and client service activities
- Develop and review budgets and pricing analyses for competitive client proposals
- Manage RFI questionnaire completion and maintain response databases
- Provide training, mentoring, and quality review support to proposal team members
- Track KPIs and recommend process improvements for operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business
- 3-5 years of proposal and budget development experience in clinical trial CRO environments
- Expertise in Strategic, Full Service, and Preferred Provider RFP responses
- Strong knowledge of early-phase clinical study designs and multi-site studies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $129,000.00 annually
