Great position for an organized, Computer savvy people person with s looking for a flexible schedule or a full-time role looking for challenging position where they can grow develop while making a difference in other's lives.
This person should bring a high element of communication and customer interaction. Customer service person is responsible for making outbound calls, taking incoming calls, qualifying customer needs, explain services, entering orders, sending emails and text messages, fixing problems and engaging with office team.
This position is 100% on-site (not remote) in a busy environment using standard office equipment. They will need to have good computer skills, talk/listen, stand, sit, read written instructions/reports, answer phones, solve problems, respond to requests, using a computer and type often. Mental demands include the ability to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors that are customary in a high paced environment, such as completing deadlines, solving issues, being resourceful, and doing it with a smile.
- Work Schedule: 8:00am-5pm M-F
- Starting Pay: $17.50/hr to start. Performance review after 90 days

What will I be doing?:
- · Customer interface via phone, text, email, and face to face with walk-in customers
- · Provide customers with product information, service expectations, quotes & status updates on orders
- · Outbound and inbound calling and texting using PC
- · Communicate with warehouse and delivery team on time sensitive requests
- · Assists with miscellaneous clerical or research tasks.
- · Work with other departments as needed to solve issues
Requirements:
- · High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Ability to work to use email, texting, and other PC applications and pivot between them
- · The ability to understand customer needs, communicate services effectively, clearly and professionally
- · Computer skills, including the ability to type 30 words per minute; and use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- · Email and text at a highly proficient level.
- · Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- · The ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- · The ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and be coachable for continuous improvement until proficient.
