About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Health and Behavioral Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the college, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and promoting research and community engagement. The Dean will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, ensure the quality of education and research, and manage the college's budget and resources. Additionally, the Dean will be a key representative of the college, engaging with external stakeholders and advocating for the college's mission and values. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Health and Behavioral Sciences should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement and a proven track record in academic and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development, faculty recruitment and development, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and behavioral sciences landscape. The Dean must be committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
