About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Principal Gifts to lead the strategic development and expansion of its principal gifts program. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 40-75 high-capacity donors and prospects, developing customized engagement strategies, and promoting planned and legacy giving opportunities. The role demands a highly relational fundraising professional with a proven track record in securing significant philanthropic gifts, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment.
