About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Investment Operations to lead a critical organization responsible for corporate actions, reconciliations, and reference data management across a multi-asset investment platform. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and control of investment operational processes that support a diverse range of market strategies, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, private credit, private equity, and other alternative investments. This leadership role involves establishing and executing a strategic vision for operational functions, driving operational excellence, scalability, automation, risk mitigation, and data governance initiatives, and serving as a key partner to various internal stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive investment operations experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a leadership capacity managing large, multi-functional operations teams. The role requires significant hands-on experience in the specific areas of corporate actions, reconciliations, and investment reference data, as well as a deep knowledge of securities processing, asset servicing, data management, settlement, custody operations, and operational controls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale operational transformation and automation initiatives and experience operating within a global, multi-asset investment environment.
