About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Servicing to lead its global asset servicing function. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy and scalability of all post-trade activities across public and private markets. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, modernize technology infrastructure, and establish a best-in-class service model to support a global investment platform. Key responsibilities include overseeing a wide range of functions such as corporate actions, income processing, tax operations, securities settlements, custody oversight, proxy services, class actions, reference data management, and reconciliation. The role also involves serving as a strategic partner to various internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio management, trading, operations, technology, fund accounting, compliance, legal, risk, and external custodial partners. Applicants for this role at The Company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive investment operations and asset servicing experience within a leading asset manager, custodian bank, asset servicer, or financial institution is required, along with at least 5 years' of leadership experience managing teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the specific areas of corporate actions, income processing, custody operations, securities settlements, reconciliations, tax operations, proxy voting, securities lending operations, and reference data management. The role is suited to a dynamic individual who can not only maintain the highest standards of service but also drive continuous improvement and innovation within the asset servicing function.
