About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Reliability to lead and drive the enterprise's operational and maintenance excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational lifecycle, from strategic planning to field execution, with a focus on maximizing asset performance, operational efficiency, safety, and financial outcomes. This executive role demands a leader with a strong background in asset-intensive operations, particularly in building reliability cultures, maintenance operating systems, and cross-functional execution models. The VP will be tasked with developing and executing an enterprise-wide operations strategy, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, and ensuring operational discipline to improve uptime, reduce reactive work, and optimize maintenance costs. Candidates for the VP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or professional certifications preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience. A minimum of 5 years in a maintenance, reliability, or operational leadership role is required, along with a proven track record of improving reliability, maintenance performance, and operational KPIs. The role also demands experience in managing multi-site operations, implementing enterprise operational systems, and exposure to IoT, predictive maintenance, or AI-enabled operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management presence, the ability to lead through influence, and a data-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
