About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to take on a highly strategic role within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning. This role requires the ability to present financial results and strategic analyses to executive leadership, the Board, and private equity partners, as well as leading treasury, cash management, and capital planning activities. The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in evaluating land acquisitions, development opportunities, and investment returns, and will partner with operations on strategic planning and major business initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a significant background in residential homebuilding or real estate development. The role demands a professional with a strong background in land acquisition finance, development economics, and capital markets, including interaction with various types of investors. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding FP&A, financial modeling, treasury, and executive presentation skills, and must have the executive presence and credibility to build strong relationships with experienced private equity investors. The role is suited for a current CFO or VP of Finance who is ready to assume a CFO role in the near future.
