Royal Cuts AIQ is hiring a sales professional to connect with independent barbers and barbershop owners, generate qualified leads, and turn conversations into demos and new customers.

Royal Cuts AIQ is hiring a sales professional to connect with independent barbers and barbershop owners, generate qualified leads, and turn conversations into demos and new customers.

We provide booking and payment solutions built for barbers, with a focus on practical features that help businesses save time and maximize earning potential.

What you’ll do

Find and connect with independent barbers and barbershop decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and relationship-building.
Explain our booking and payment solutions clearly and accurately.
Schedule product demos and follow up with interested prospects.
Help move opportunities from initial interest to signup.
Maintain accurate contact records, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM.
Work toward agreed lead-generation and sales goals.

Who we’re looking for

Experience in sales, prospecting, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with small-business owners.
Consistent follow-through and an organized approach to outreach.
Comfortable working independently in a remote role.
Experience with software, payment processing, or the barber and beauty industry is a plus.
Based in the United States.

Compensation

Base pay plus commission. Compensation details and performance expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
