Senior Business Development Representative — ChronosBuild, Inc. ChronosBuild is a strategy-led sourcing, logistics, and deployment partner for multifamily renovation programs nationwide. We are hiring our first dedicated sales professional. You will own outbound demand generation: building target lists, running disciplined one-to-one outreach, and setting qualified first meetings with multifamily owners, operators, and developers for our COO and Chief Products Officer. You will work from a codified sales playbook with defined process steps, activity standards, and CRM discipline — and you will be expected to master it, run it at volume, and help refine it in practice. Strong performance opens a defined path to leading the sales function as it grows. You: 4–8 years in process-driven B2B sales (medical device, diagnostics, capital equipment, or similar formally-trained environment); documented quota attainment; fluent in CRM-managed pipeline discipline; comfortable being measured weekly; no multifamily experience required — we will teach the industry, you bring the craft.
