Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across all TPM business groups. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to connect with potential customers. Guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process, initial contact, needs discovery, and nurturing, until they’re ready for handoff to sales. Build rapport with prospects and customers, delivering a friendly, consultative experience that reflects TPM’s values. Document and manage all prospect activity in Salesforce CRM in Outreach.io, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights, feedback, and creative ideas for growth. Embrace opportunities for professional development and cross-training within TPM. Bring a growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and contribute to our team’s success. What Makes You a Great Fit Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you love connecting with people! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo and business development platforms. Eager to learn and leverage new tools, including Salesforce CRM and social media.
