Coinbase is seeking an M&A and Accounting Policy Manager on the Accounting team to lead due diligence, purchase accounting, and policy development across new products and investments. Reporting to the Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting Policy, you will partner with Legal, Tax, Controllership and Corporate Development to ensure US GAAP compliance and robust disclosures for 10-Q/10-K, while applying AI responsibly to improve workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coinbase
