Job Description Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.16 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or access concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site policies, and help support controlled access to restricted areas. Assist with alarms, evacuations, and other security‑related events, following post instructions and reporting conditions that could impact personnel, property, and/or operations. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
