Job Title
Location: 700 Universe Blvd, West Palm Beach
Walk up onsite Tech Cafe - Strong Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting support, white gloved environment. Assist users with smart phone setup, laptop loaner distribution, Windows and Office "How to" Assist users in connecting to the corporate network. Must have excellent soft skills. 3 years in a corporate AD environment. Ideal candidate would be a seasoned call center tech transitioning to deskside support. A+ may be required. Good communications skill. M-F 8-5, OT only as needed, no on-call, A+
