Human Resources Manager Position Summary Miasa Automotive LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll, human resources, and compliance functions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on professional with experience in accounting, payroll, human resources, and office administration within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Maintain the general ledger and all related financial records. Prepare monthly and year‑end financial close activities, including journal entries. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Process customer invoicing and vendor payments. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records. Maintain accounting systems and financial databases. Assist with annual audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation. Coordinate property tax filings and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Payroll & Benefits Process company payroll accurately and on time. Remit payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefit programs. Maintain payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance. Human Resources Lead recruiting efforts to attract qualified candidates. Develop and maintain hiring and selection processes. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee training. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Maintain employee personnel records. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Support employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture. Coordinate workers' compensation claims and workplace safety initiatives. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain company records and documentation. Monitor billing and service processes supporting company operations. Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency. Support management with special projects and reporting as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, human resources, or a similar management role. Knowledge of payroll processing and employment law. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or automotive industry experience. Experience coordinating audits. Knowledge of payroll tax reporting and employee benefits administration. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
