They prepare, cook and present food to order following all established company brand standards, guidelines and recipes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares, cooks and presents food following brand standards, guidelines, and recipes Label/date/rotate product in accordance with company standards Maintain the cleanliness of restaurant Maintain health and safety standards Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes & Womack Restaurants Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least 16 years of age Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive and Professional Willingness to be cross-trained & work multiple stations Available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays Critical Role of all positions: Team player Attendance and Punctuality a must Commitment to customer satisfaction Have a strong work ethic Must be friendly when interacting with customers and other team members Displays outstanding work ethics at all times in the areas of honesty, efficiency and dependability.
