Landscape Branch Manager

We are a fast-growing commercial landscaping company located in North Austin, TX. We're looking for an experienced Landscape Account Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Branch Manager role while learning every aspect of branch operations, leadership, financial performance, and client management. If you're passionate about customer relationships, team leadership, operational excellence, and you have experience in landscaping, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. Manage branch financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee account management and field operations to ensure contracts are executed according to company standards. Recruit, hire, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field personnel. Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Landscape Account Management, Client Services, Operations, Commercial Landscaping, Facilities Management, Construction, or a related industry. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership potential with a desire to advance into a Branch Manager role. Valid driver's license.
