Job Summary At Fogo de Chão, we are looking for a Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team and provide exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Welcome and greet each guest with a smile, eye contact, and friendly verbal greeting. Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap. Present the menu and answer questions regarding menu items. Explain preparation methods and continuous table‑side serving concept. Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate special requests for meats to the Churrasqueiros. Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment. Assist other servers in their areas when appropriate. Complete any beginning or closing shift duties. Requirements Be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs. Stand for long periods and work at a quick pace. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Compensation & Benefits Fixed rate of $10.00 per hour, eligible to receive tips. Medical, dental, and vision insurance available for full‑time, hourly team members 60 days after hire. Company‑paid life insurance and short‑term disability are provided where allowed. Comprehensive voluntary benefits include critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance.
