Compensation: $42.00 – $55.00 per hour

Position Overview

Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can focus on providing exceptional patient care?

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient rehabilitation team in the Elk Grove area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while building meaningful relationships and helping patients regain mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life.

You'll treat a varied caseload, giving you the opportunity to utilize and expand your clinical skills in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Patient Population & Clinical Focus

You will work with patients requiring treatment for a variety of conditions, including:

• Orthopedic injuries and conditions
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• General outpatient rehabilitation
• Mobility and functional limitations
• Pain management and recovery

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits
