Physician – Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN)Compensation Salary Range: $410,000 per yearLocation: Queens, NY – OnsitePosition SummaryAs an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN), you will provide comprehensive women's healthcare services within a community-based hospital serving the diverse populations of Queens and Nassau County. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care, surgical procedures, and labor and delivery services. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide culturally responsive, patient-centered care while helping improve health outcomes in an underserved community.ResponsibilitiesSchedule / ShiftShift details: Full-Time; includes call responsibilities as requiredHours per week: 40+Contract length (if applicable): Direct HireKey Duties:Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive services, prenatal care, and routine examinationsPerform a full scope of gynecologic surgical procedures utilizing minimally invasive and open surgical techniquesManage labor and delivery patients and participate in on-call coverage as requiredCollaborate with midwives, nurses, subspecialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated careParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical recordRequirementsEducationRequired: MD or DO from an accredited institutionPreferred (if applicable): N/ALicenses & CertificationsRequired:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and GynecologyActive New York State Medical License or eligibility for licensureAdditional certifications (if applicable): N/ASkills:Strong clinical expertise in outpatient OB/GYN care, labor and delivery, and operative gynecologyExperience performing minimally invasive and open gynecologic surgical proceduresExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skillsCommitment to providing culturally responsive, community-based care to diverse populationsAbout UsRCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
