Administrative & Sales Processing

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling and directing incoming phone calls.
• Maintaining service department records, job logs, fleet management, etc.
• Operate the P21 accounting and sales system primarily for service department and provide back-up for the sales system.
• Provide back-up and be able to complete documentation including Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Start-up & Training plans.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Prior inside sales/customer service experience
• The ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products.
• Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
• Must have experience performing a majority of the functions.
• Willingness to learn and take directions when needed.
• Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required.
• Regular in-person attendance required.

Additional Information:

• Pay $28.00 - $30.00/hr, DOE
• Physical Demand: N/A
• Working Conditions: Office environment primarily

• Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm
• Travel: NA
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
