Dental Assistant – Full Time | Highland, CA
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing dental office in Highland!
New graduates are welcome—we are happy to train the right person. Experience as a dental assistant is a plus, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 40 hours per week
What we offer:
- Full-time, 4-day workweek
- Training for qualified new graduates
- Performance bonus eligibility after successfully completing a 3-month probation period
- 6 paid holidays per year

Preferred qualifications:
- Dental assisting experience or recent dental assisting graduate
- Friendly, dependable, and professional with patients
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
