As a Security Officer Patrol Assignment in Bellmawr, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Working with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity, you will help create a welcoming environment while supporting daily site operations and responding to security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials or visitor access as directed, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support site operations by completing incident reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service-related requests as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
