Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Arizona
• Current and valid IVP Fingerprint Card
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, serving PreK-8th graders
• Ability to provide effective therapy onsite, supporting students' needs across multiple grade levels
• Adaptable to diverse caseloads and ready to manage responsibilities within a dynamic educational team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services onsite to students across assigned grade levels
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school requirements
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to maximize outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment for all students
