Assistant Superintendent – Build Your Career in Construction

Full-Time | In-Person
$50,000 – $55,000 per year

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders and gain hands-on experience supporting the homebuilding process from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

• Help deliver a great customer experience throughout the build process
• Learn and follow construction processes, procedures, and quality standards
• Support Superintendents with daily jobsite activities
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
• Assist with inspecting work and ensuring quality standards are met

• High School Diploma or GED (or Technical Degree in Construction) with 6 months–1 year of related experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
