In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies, guide candidate selection, and deliver a smooth, high-touch interview experience from first conversation through offer. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings across multiple regions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support. Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, align on timelines, and guide candidate evaluation/selection decisions. Coordinate interviews and feedback, maintaining accurate documentation, interview notes, and recruiting records in the ATS. Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with internal policies and applicable federal/state/provincial/local employment laws and regulations. Required Experience & Qualifications 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience- Heavy IT focus (contract or corporate recruiting experience welcome). Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with the ability to influence across levels and geographies. Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring talent while building diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and resume databases. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools, plus strong interviewing skills including behavioral-based techniques. Temp-Contract Salary $50-60k #INDPROFKC #J-18808-Ljbffr
