Pay Rate: $23 - $25/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a Clerical Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, record maintenance, and patient-facing assistance.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Approximately 50 keystrokes per minute with strong attention to detail.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform filing, data entry, reception, scheduling, typing, and correspondence preparation.
Maintain and organize records through indexing, filing, and accurate data entry.
Operate computers, fax machines, photocopiers, and other standard office equipment.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff.
Assist patients and visitors with professional and courteous service.
Maintain accurate information and records through data entry and clerical support.
