Sanitation Manager

Job Summary: Join a growing team that has been in the food and beverage industry for almost 30 years as a Sanitation Manager. In this role, you will train and supervise sanitation personnel. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production machinery meets company and SQF requirements. There will be times where you will be exposed to cold environments in this role. This is a direct hire role with the opportunity to earn a bonus. Candidates must have leadership skills and be willing to be flexible regarding your work schedule. Location: KENT, Washington Job Type: Permanent Salary: $90,000 - 105,000 per year Work Hours: 8am to 4pm Education: No Degree Required Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the sanitation team. Monitor and supervise the cleaning of plant production equipment and facility. Develop and direct sanitation program to meet federal, state, and company standards. Handle employee scheduling, conflict resolution, and training. Qualifications: 5+ years of supervisory experience in a sanitation role within a food manufacturing company. Knowledge of GMP, SQF Audits, FDA, and other food requirements.
