Remy Grey is a Scottsdale, AZ based insurance practice serving clients nationwide. We specialize in private client insurance solutions for successful individuals, families, and businesses. We are a lean insurance agency exiting startup mode and building something intentional. We’re a small team, and now we need an operations-minded account manager who will help us design how this business runs, not just follow instructions.

This is not a “sit and service” role.

This is for someone who wants to shape SOPs, influence workflow, and grow into a leadership seat as we build out a service team around you.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage client accounts (renewals, endorsements, billing, policy changes)
• Maintain strong client relationships and proactive communication
• Identify inefficiencies and help develop better workflows and SOPs
• Collaborate with leadership on improving the agency’s operations

Requirements

• Prior insurance customer service or account management experience (non-negotiable) including active Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
• You’re already competent at the basics and now want more responsibility, not less.
• You think in terms of efficiency, systems, and improvements.
• You’re not looking for an “easy job”; you want to be challenged and trusted.
• You want to eventually lead people, not just manage accounts.
• Solid grasp of insurance policy structures and coverage nuances.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for clear documentation and client communication.
• High attention to detail when reviewing policy endorsements and renewals.
• Effectively plans work and meets deadlines.
