Pulmonologist
Location: New York, Brooklyn, or Staten Island, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $350,000 - $400,000/year (DOE)
Overview:
Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pulmonologist to provide diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory conditions in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat asthma, COPD, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, and sleep-related breathing disorders.
- Conduct patient evaluations, examinations, and treatment planning.
- Interpret pulmonary function tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
- Prescribe and manage respiratory therapies and medications.
- Educate patients on respiratory health and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Internal Medicine Residency and Pulmonary Disease Fellowship.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pulmonary Disease.
- Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
