Summary
Join MyMichigan Health as an Occupational Therapist providing primarily acute care with outpatient rehabilitation services. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, a $14,000 sign-on bonus , and the chance to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Schedule
- Day Shift
- Option 1: Sunday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) & Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Option 2: Tuesday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Weekend rotation required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services in acute care and outpatient settings.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), aides, and students.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) (Required)
- NBCOT Certification (Required)
- BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire – Highly Preferred)
- 1+ year of experience preferred (New graduates are welcome to apply)
- AOTA Membership preferred
