This role is ideal for a motivated, hunter-minded sales professional who enjoys prospecting, relationship building, and uncovering long-term partnership opportunities.This position focuses on generating qualified first-time appointments and demonstrating strong potential to grow into a full-cycle sales role. You'll work closely with leadership and technical teams while developing a deep understanding of Progressive Computing's services and client needs.ResponsibilitiesProspect and engage new SMB and nonprofit organizations across NY and CTGenerate qualified leads and secure first-time appointments (FTAs) with decision-makersConduct initial discovery conversations to understand business challenges and technology needsCollaborate with technical teams to support solution alignmentTrack outreach activity, pipeline, and progress within CRM and sales toolsRepresent Progressive Computing in a professional, relationship-driven mannerMeet activity-based metrics while demonstrating long-term growth potentialRequirementsHunter mentality with strong curiosity and relationship-building skillsExperience with outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn outreach)Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholdersCoachable, growth-oriented, and motivated to evolve into a full-cycle roleExperience using CRM and sales intelligence tools (ConnectWise, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)PerksCompetitive base salary ($65,000-$85,000) and uncapped OTEFlexible hybrid work environment401kMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth and wellness initiatives and culture committeeRegular team events, food, and social activitiesClear growth path into a full-cycle sales role
