Maintenance Planner I

divh2Job Title/h2pThe purpose of this position is to improve equipment uptime by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through the detailed planning and coordination of labor, parts, material, and equipment availability. The ideal candidate for this position is well-organized and has a passion for maintenance planning./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliThe position balances priorities, resources, material, and equipment availability to develop department and individual work schedules/liliCollaborate cross-functionally to prioritize maintenance work and ensuring deadlines are met/liliWork cross-functionally to ensure work orders are executed properly and equipment is production ready/liliGenerate reports on KPIs related to preventative maintenance activities and planned work/liliAudit the execution and accuracy of planned work/liliGenerate detailed daily and shutdown maintenance plans for assigned maintenance team/liliParticipates in the training of technicians/liliAssist engineering in the creation of predictive maintenance tools and systems/liliCollaborate with internal and external resources to plan activities for scheduled shutdowns/liliIndependent communication with business partners to resolve technical issues and negotiate items such as priorities and completion deadlines/liliFor each asset, analyze total cost of ownership parts, labor, and equipment availability/liliEvaluate work orders to determine the necessary parts, tools, and time required to successfully execute the work request/liliTrain employees on how to use the CMMS/li/ulh3Qualification and Skill Requirements/h3ulli4-year degree in engineering, technology, management, or equivalent experience/lili3-5 years of experience in a technical capacity/liliExperience with world-class manufacturing practices (TPM, 5S, Lean, etc.)/liliWell-developed project management skills/li/ulh3Pay Range/h3p$69,840.00 - $104,760.00/ph3Culture and Benefits/h3pAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
