The eCommerce Content Manager leads the planning, creation, and optimization of digital content across PRAVANA and Zotos Professional's consumer and professional customer ecommerce channels and brand website. This role ensures content is on brand, strategically aligned, and optimized to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion retail partner eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and TikTok Shop. What You'll Do Develop and manage content strategies and editorial calendars across digital and ecommerce channels Own content planning, creation, publishing, and optimization for brand websites and customer eCommerce platforms Partner with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and education initiatives Manage content production with agencies, creators, photographers, videographers, and freelancers Oversee ecommerce and retailer content, including PDP copy, imagery, and merchandising assets including the management of PIM Ensure content aligns with brand standards, SEO best practices, and consumer insights Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to optimize engagement and conversion Maintain content management processes, digital assets, and governance standards Stay current on digital, social, and beauty trends to identify new opportunities and best practices What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Digital Content, Content Marketing, Ecommerce Content, or Digital Marketing Experience managing content across social, web, ecommerce, CRM, and retailer platforms Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, analytics, and content performance measurement Familiarity with PIM, CMS, DAM, and project management platforms Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Experience collaborating with designers, content creators, agencies, and production partners Beauty, professional beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG experience preferred Some benefits of joining Henkel Health Insurance: affordableplans for medical, dental, vision and wellbeing starting on day 1 Work-Life Balance:Paid time off including sick, vacation, holiday and volunteer time, flexible& hybrid work policies (depending on role), and vacation buy / sellprogram Financial: 401kmatching, employee share plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matchingshares, annual performance bonus, service awards and student loanreimbursement Family Support:12-week gender neutral parental leave (up to 20 weeks for parents givingbirth), fertility support, adoption & surrogacy reimbursement, discountedchild and elderly care, and scholarships Career Growth: diversenational and international growth opportunities, access to thousands of skillsdevelopment courses, and tuition reimbursement Thesalary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $120,000.00. This range represents thegood‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting.In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
