Primary Care Home Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)

This opportunity is for a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide home care evaluations in a flexible schedule, either part-time or full-time . The role involves seeing 6-10 patients per day in an in-home health setting , focusing on welfare assessments and wellness evaluations . Requirements include state licensure in Washington and a credentialing process estimated at 6-8 weeks.
