This position will ensure proper billing and communication is followed with all insurance and customer service by providing the agency with follow-up phone inquires, written correspondence and collection of payments from insurance companies, as well as accounts receivable maintenance. Who are the customers? This position will work closely with staff, internal departments, visitors, patients and insurance companies. Ideal Candidate Experience and knowledge in medical billing, reviewing reports and working closely with insurance companies. Candidate will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Employment Requirements Successful completion of a criminal background check is required. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting; long periods of sitting, extensive personal computer use and telephone use are required for this position.
