RN - Supervisor Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: House Supervisor Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour / Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.Previous charge experience preferred. License: Active Minnesota RN license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC or CALS with Trauma benchmark completed, NRP. Must-Have: OB experience required.Ability to assist in the ER and L&D.Ability to manage patients in the ER. Description:We are seeking a House Supervisor RN to work 3x12 hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation.Shift times are 0700-1930 and 1900-0730.Candidates must be able to perform tasks in both ER and Med Surg.NRP certification can be pending and obtained during compliance.The role requires the ability to attend deliveries and provide care for newborns, including resuscitation.Skills needed include managing and performing procedures related to various patient care scenarios.The House Supervisor will provide supervisory support to emergency, medical surgical, obstetric, and labor and delivery departments.Candidates must be able to work with a variety of patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.The daily census is approximately 4.5 patients per day.Required to work holidays as necessary.All travelers must complete required lab work within a specified timeframe before beginning the assignment.Compliance with state fingerprinting requirements is mandatory for all travelers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
