RN Supervisor
A healthcare agency is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight without field visits. This role focuses on staff supervision, training, compliance, and quality of care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising, training, and evaluating RN staff
- Ensuring compliance with DOH and accreditation standards
- Conducting internal audits and incident reviews
- Supporting policy updates and emergency preparedness
- Partnering with HR and coordination teams
Ideal Qualifications:
- Active NYS RN license
- Clinical leadership or supervisory experience
- Background in home care, hospital, or healthcare settings
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Salary: $100k - $140k/Year
