*Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group,* *is seeking an outstanding Neonatologist to join our growing practice at* *HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital.* *We are looking for an Neonatologist who want to be a part of a stable, collaborative and cohesive group of Neonatologists and NNP's* * 24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies * Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year * A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. * 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night. * Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. * Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities. * Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team * Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations. * Sign-On bonus and relocation assistance *About the Hospital:* HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood hospital is part of HCA Houston Healthcare, a family of hospitals serving over one million patients a year at 13 hospitals within the greater Houston area.
