Reconcile cash, credit card, sales, and refund transactions. Prepare daily sales reports, journal entries, and month-end closing reports. Monitor BSP/CASS settlements and process ADMs, ACMs, and refunds. Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies. Handle credit card disputes and inquiries within required deadlines. Review invoices and process payments. Perform tax filing, ICH reconciliation, and monthly closing activities. Issue cheques and maintain accounting records. Provide administrative and accounting support as required. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Experience: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position. Must have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification. Experience with BSP/CASS or airline accounting systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
